We don’t want you to wait too long!

Your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days from the date of purchase. We have partnered with Quiqup to ensure all items reach you on time as per your order and our guidelines. However, delays may be faced in case of public holidays (we love a long weekend too), if it rains men, and/or if someone is handing out free milkshakes (we just can’t resist them). We will contact you if there are any substantial delays with shipping. If we have kept you waiting too long, please contact our Cowpresentatives by emailing your order number to info@theskinnycow.org.

It is vital that you provide correct and complete information for us to ensure your desired items reach the accurate location on time. If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, re-delivery charges for the items ordered will be charged to you.

We currently ship within the UAE only, with the aim to go international down the line with your support.

Your shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout as per the below rates:

*Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain (within city limits).

We offer free delivery on orders of AED 350 and above.

Up to three delivery attempts will be made to get your order to you, after which it will be returned to our Cowshed. After two failed attempts, Quiqup’s customer care team will contact you to confirm the third attempt. After three failed attempts or two failed attempts without confirmation from you to schedule a third attempt, Quiqup will return the order to the Cowshed. Canceled orders and failed collections are charged the full delivery price based on location.

Don’t be too surprised now if your order reaches you before the above delivery timeframes. We will always try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We understand if this wasn’t meant to be!

Any items that need to be returned to our Cowshed will be charged to you at the same delivery rate as a new order based on your location. There will be no return delivery charge for any damaged product and a replacement product will be delivered to you without any redelivery charges.

The Skinny Cow will not be liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact our courier service provider Quiqup to raise a complaint in the event of order loss or damage due to shipping.

After an order has been successfully placed, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp which will include your tracking number.

The Skinny Cow will not liable for loss of or damage to your order during shipping. Please contact Quiqup with the shipping tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation WhatsApp in case of any loss or damage.
