Our Founding Cow, a 3rd world hailing brown girl in her 30s; yet celebrating her 21st birthday yearly, is a food and beverage enthusiast dieting since birth but still falling into a double-digit size chart. Considered a black sheep from childhood till date, she enjoys short romantic walks to her fridge, voicing her opinion and changing the world one t-shirt at a time.

You must be wondering, can a cow really be skinny?
This story started because I never completely fit in, from my childhood days and sometimes it feels like it has lingered on till today. I was never perfect at anything, but averagely good at quite a few things. Not hip enough for the cool girls so became a tomboy and hung out with the boys instead. Life has been constant work; consciously and subconsciously, in trying to fit the right mould. I realised a bit late not everyone can fit into that mould. There is a need however, to be comfortable in your own skin. We shame ourselves and those who differ from an implanted ideology of what perfection looks like. Having wobbly bits, bold opinions, a few spots on your face or being high pitched and shorter than an NBA player cannot define who you are, neither should it push you to change yourself.
All our products are made in Pakistan; by believe it or not, non-violent people. Pakistan is a highly misunderstood country and so we hope we can show you the real Pakistan, in all its beauty and all its flaws. It’s a beautical chaos, just like us.

The Skinny Cow does not advocate or encourage the abandonment of its products. We may have started small, but we have a big vision ahead. The Skinny Cow Moovement aims to create an umbrella of initiatives that will support in taking a step forward towards the betterment of women and children, promotion of education, empowerment of individuals and awareness amongst our societies.
