Our products are made in Pakistan by; believe it or not, non-violent people.
For long lasting t-shirts, machine wash cold on a short cycle, iron on low heat but not directly over the design, do not bleach, wring or dry clean, tumble dry low. Avoid ketchup and/or wine stains.
We do not offer custom designs at the moment, but hopefully you like our designs enough not to think about any others!

We are too old school for cryptocurrency but do accept payments in AED. Our international Cowstomers can also pay in their local currency as we support 135 currencies including GCC currencies, USD, GBP, EUR and PKR.

All details you provide to us on this website are treated with confidentiality and privacy as we aim to protect your personal data. Details may only be shared, if required, upon obtaining your consent or if it is legally required by relevant authorities. We do, however, encourage our Cowstomers to do the needful to ensure their account details and passwords are kept safely.
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order if the item/s are in the original condition they were dispatched in. A full refund will be issued for all undamaged item/s returned excluding any taxes and original delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 10 working
days from the date the items are returned to us to the card you made the purchase with. Sale items cannot be returned.
Contact our Cowpresentatives on info@theskinnycow.org to inform us about the item/s being returned, including the invoice number. Please state the reason for the return so that we can ensure proactive steps are taken to resolve the matter from repeating in future orders.
When a return has been initiated, we will notify our courier service who will get in touch with you in 2 – 4 working days to collect the item/s from you. The item/s must be returned unused, unwashed, with no stains, in their original dispatched condition and packaging, along with the tag attached.
Once the item/s reach our Cowshed, our Cowpresentatives will contact you to provide a confirmation on the return based on the condition of the item/s. In case any item/s returned to us is not in a suitable condition, The Skinny Cow reserves the right not to refund you the amount for the returned order. If you would like the same items sent back to you thereafter, further delivery charges will have to be covered
by you.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Items which are to be returned should follow the return and refund process. However, if you have received a different item than the one you had ordered (we are praying that never happens), we will exchange the item and bear the re-delivery charges.
Our shipping charges are AED 23 for all Emirates (within city limits). This includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Remote areas within all Emirates in the UAE will be charged AED 39 per delivery. A list of remote areas can be found in our Shipping Policy. We offer free delivery on orders of AED 350 and above.
Your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days from the date of purchase for all Emirates within city limits. Remote areas in the UAE will require 5-7 working days. We have partnered with Quiqup to ensure all items reach you on time as per your order and our guidelines.
Delays may be faced in the case of public holidays (we love a long weekend too), if it rains men, and/or if someone is handing out free milkshakes (we just can’t resist them). We will contact you if there are any substantial delays with shipping. If we have kept you waiting too long, please contact our Cowpresentatives by emailing your order number to info@theskinnycow.org.
We currently ship within the UAE only, with the aim to go international down the line with your support. Your shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout as per our Shipping Policy.
If you are unable to access your account for reasons other than forgotten username and password, please get in touch on info@theskinnycow.org and one of our tech-savy-ish Cowpresentatives will assist you accordingly. However, if you have forgotten your username and/or password, please visit the account page on our website and click on forgot your password. You will be required to input your registered email address where you will receive a password reset link.
